The first seat that I received had a problem with a constant leak from the drying outlet, just beside the nozzle. It leaked into the toilet whenever it was plugged in. I called the service at Wayfair, and they emailed me a Fedex return label within a few minutes, and shipped a new bidet seat. I installed the new on and the same thing happened!! I was so disappointed. I contacted the manufacturer at the email address on the box, and received a reply within 24 hours. A nice lady called Lisa asked me to send pictures and videos showing the problem, as well as a proof of purchase, which I did. She then wrote back with a solution and video instructions on how to fix the problem. I had to disassemble de device and move the float inside which was probably stuck. She assured me that any tinkering of that sort would not void the warranty. So I tried and it worked!! I now have a bidet seat in perfect working order. I give 5 stars for the excellent service at Wayfair and also at Empava! I have purchased a similar toilet a couple of years ago. Different name but same manufacturer. Both toilets have VERY difficult ways of changing the sensor settings. The factory defaults are good but not appropriate in all situations. For example, we have our toilet in our Master Bath. The sensor opens the lids every time someone walks by it. That doesnt work well in a MB. You can adjust the sensitivity of the flush/lid sensor but the procedure is from some alternate dimension. I finally wrote the seller who had the manufacturer contact me with instructions. There are some Youtube instructions out there too but they are not always accurate. I had missing parts and the manufacturer replaced them promptly. Overall, for me, the support and service were excellent. The toilet itself is solid. It is heavy, well-made, good height, and functional. Installation can get difficult if you supply valve is in the wrong place. I had to tear out the wall to put in electrical so I moved the supply line while I was in there. I would recommend this toilet and plan to purchase another for our spare bathroom.. Kevin. TN.
