Love this couch! It's comfortable & feels high quality. The assembly wasn't too bad. I wasn't aware each side would plug in separate but that's not a big deal. The lumbar heat & power reclining with the cup holders really do it for me. The massage is more of a vibration, it's not super loud & my upstairs neighbors hear it slightly (wouldn't recommend if you have downstairs neighbors though). Update: Unfortunately, we were sent the same incorrect power cord for the reclining chairs. My husband did end up finding one online that worked. I will upgrade my stars to 4 because it is working correctly. Would have given this 5 stars if the issue was resolved through wayfair, instead of on our own. Not working completely. All the major parts came in and this wasn't hard to put together. I am not 100% liking the velvet material and hoping it won't stain easily. This is larger in dimensions than our previous couch. Not as plush, but longer and taller. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the connectors for the armless chair (center) and the left arm chair. Working with customer service to resolve the issue. Disappointed that the corner piece and additional pieces are no longer available to purchase anywhere. Reserving my recommendations once the connection for the left arm chair is resolved.. Teresa. Update after one year the reclining mechanism broke on one side so it cannot be reclined. The thin underside fabric that holds the stuffing in place has ripped on the other side. There’s not a proper way to reattach the fabric to hold the stuffing. I’ll be surprised if it lasts another year. A really great reclining sofa. The micro suede fabric is comfortable and looks nice. As a heads up for some people using micro suede for the first time, you should not use spray on deodorizer. Make sure you look up ways to clean a micro suede sofa. As other people have mentioned, the armrests are a little bit low, but not terrible. I think they’re a great position for when leaning off to the side, a little bit or even laying down across the sofa. The reclining handle is responsive and not hard to pull. The actual reclining feature is wonderful. There’s just enough resistance in the leg lift so that you don’t have to push too hard to make it go down or lift your legs up to make it go up. The center seat is also very comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever about this sofa on day one In my photo, I have added a white and a purple PlayStation five controller for color reference. There is a slight green tint to the sofa when viewed with LED lightbulbs. But in natural sunlight, it does have a true grayish color. Exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with it. It sits very well, is SOOO comfy, putting the leg part down is easier than expected. I was very leery of ordering this because nothing in the description said anything about how it was put down. I have very bad knees and sometimes these reclining ends are very tough to put down.
