Did you know ironing board covers and underlays only last for so long? And that the effect of your ironing efforts is greater with a thicker underlay? So this set of a pure cotton cover and 0.3 in (8 mm) resilient underlay will not only make your Brabantia Ironing Board D look better but your ironing too!

Although the Brabantia has been a product line I can rely on, this pad seemed cheaply made. Instead of a thick string, the string is so small I thought it would break when I tightened it. but it didn’t, perhaps it is a fine nylon. There is only one clip for the middle to hold the cover in place, which I found insufficient. I added two more with twill tape and now it fits snugly and will last a long time. The top of the cover is really nice. I would recommend this cover and would purchase again. Compared to what else is out there in stores this one is far better.. Dorothea. Toms River, NJ. This ironing board cabinet is a smart space-saving solution. The cabinet is installed 3.5” into the wall, leaving a little more than 4 inches of cabinet sticking out from the wall. The cabinet can be installed with the cabinet door opening on the left or right, so you can install it on the side that makes the most sense for your space. The cabinet’s door exterior is a finished white that can be left as is or painted to match other cabinets in your space. Inside the cabinet is an ironing board that measures 11.75” wide and 41” long, large enough for comfortable ironing while still being small enough to not take up too much space. The ironing board can rotate a full 90 degrees to the right or left, giving you the flexibility to position the board in the most comfortable and convenient space in whatever area you install the cabinet in. The cabinet also has a built-in height adjustment slot for the board, allowing you to raise or lower the board two inches at any time after installation. The board includes a one-piece construction cover and pad with bungee cord binding and stain and scorch-resistant coating for superior durability. In addition to the ironing board, the cabinet has two interior shelves to house a small iron and/or ironing accessories. The top interior shelf has heat-resistant paneling to protect the shelf when stowing irons that are still warm. Cabinet door extends 28.5” from wall with door open and 44.5” from wall with ironing board extended straight forward. Interior of the cabinet measures 13.25” W x 5.375” D. Shelves are shallower than full cabinet depth.
