This robot is much smarter than my previous Roborock Q Revo. It hasn’t gotten stuck once while my older robot would constantly ram my speaker stands till I manually moved it. The auto detergent is a convenience compared to my older robot where I would have to manually put it in the water tank every time I changed the water. The camera is a nice feature being able to see what obstacles or things lost under the bed. The auto empty function is much quieter than my previous robot. I bought this not even a month ago and I’m obsessed! I have 1 dog, 1 cat, and a dog that im watching for a couple of months and I have not been comfortable to walk barefoot on my floors because they stay icky due to puppy paws and shedding. I love how this vacuum/mop cleaned my floors in the first use! I was AMAZED! It gets under the snake enclosures and as close to corners as it can. It never gets stuck or readjusts its mission when the cat is trying to swipe at it. The app is super handy and easy to navigate. The suction for the vacuum is perfect with its 3 levels. I have never had a batch disposal before. I have always had the traditional ones that require a switch to turn on. The only real issue (and its not much of one) is with how our sink is in the kitchen island there isn't a good spot to set the plunger when not in use other than in the sink itself. It is powerful and I am really happy how well it does its job. There is no flap that covers the opening to the drain like on traditional disposals. I thought this would be an issue having it open and silverware falling in. With our drain off to the right it really has not been a problem. Although I did have a fork fall into it the fact that the disposals "neck" between the sink and the bottom is long so the fork never fully fell into the disposal it just stood straight up. Also not having that flap covering the disposal makes it much easier to see at a glance if anything has made its way in that should be there. It is noisy but not bad, just as I expected as from traditional. I like the safety of it not turning on unless the plunger is in. We have young kiddos. Just makes me feel better. I have just had one trial run with this machine to make sure it was running smoothly and I was very impressed. It was a daunting prospect for me to connect it to my computer as I am 77 years old but my daughter helped me to connect it up. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robot vacuum is quieter than the others I’ve used before It vacuums and mops without making a lot of noise and when it’s washing the mop or emptying the dustbin it’s still quiet, it was really easy to set up. I used my phone and had it running in just a few minutes so I would say if you can use apps on your phone then you can easily set this up. I’ve owned several robot vacuums, and this one standouts for sure. It surprisingly cleans all the way to the corners which I love the most.
