This is NOT an off brand adjustable bed frame, it’s made by Mlily who make quality bed frames. It uses two whisper quiet lift motors, a name brand controller module, four earth shaking vibration motors and a heavy duty frame. We purchased two king bed frames and both had FOUR position legs(3” each) and a LIGHTED remote control(see images). You will easily pay twice the price for a comparable bed frame anywhere else with the same features. My wife and I(58 and 60yo) were able to separate the two king bed frame sections at the three hinge points with a metric ratchet and wrench and unplug three quick disconnects in order to half the weight to 100lbs each and bring them up a flight of stairs, then reconnect everything on the second floor, this process saved our backs and cost us an extra fifteen minutes tops. Installation was super simple and the remote was already paired to the frame. Very efficient controller. Have only had it in place for about 2 months so time will tell, but it's working great so far. The only thing I wasn't clear on was that it will only work for one faucet. The Washlet®+ toilet features a channel on the bowl surface to help conceal your Washlet®+ supply line and power cord for seamless integration. When paired with its tank, the Aquia IV meets the standards for EPA WaterSense, and California CEC and CALGreen requirements. The Aquia IV comes ready for installation into a 12" rough-in but may be adapted for a 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter. Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: compatible tank, wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, water supply lines, and T40 Washlet®+ or seat designed for Washlet®+ models.
