Got this for my son’s room. I put a 1.25” butcher block top on it. The desk works great and lifts and lowers smooth. I have purchased other products from this company. I Highly recommend this desk. This is exactly what I expected. It was easy to put together. Total build time was about 20 - 30 minutes for 1 person. High quality materials. all hardware was provided. The height adjustment works beautifully and quietly, and programing the memory buttons was simple. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the edge of the desk is a hard 90 degrees rather than a beveled edge.
