Love the two Jacobsen items I’ve purchased so far and this desk does not disappoint. Timeless design, solid walnut. Drawers are smooth to open. Looks just like the photos. Very happy.. Caterina. Astoria, NY. Mon Sep 14 2026

The only reason I gave a 4 star was because I believe the delivery was handled poorly. And therefore the table top was damaged. To not put it all on the delivery driver, the packaging for a 70lb. tabletop was too thin with only 2 thin styrofoam sheets to protect the top with no corner padding. I did have simple delivery instructions added to my order but they were not followed. So now to my new replaced table top, and the Great customer service I received, with a replacement shipped and received in less than a week. I just absolutely love it. Perfect color as shown with the wood graining beautiful. The thickness is more than the original top I replaced and the edging around the table makes it look custom. I used my original table base and chairs and have a whole new updated vacation home look.. Linda. US. Mon Oct 12 2026
