PACKAGING great- everything arrived with no damage. Nice looking bed overall and for the price it is a good deal. HARDWAREASSEMBLY came with all the necessary tools which was a nice surprise. It was fairly easy to assemble. We did end up with one screw that had too much powder coatingpaint so it wouldn’t allow you to screw the sides of the headboard in. They did not provide an extra screw to be able to swap out. Took a little effort but we were able to make it work. They provide you with 2 corner protectors but the adhesive sticks better to the red peel-off cover than to the part itself or the bed. MATTRESS we have a 13” thick mattress. If you have a mattress 11” or less it will slide right under the headboard. STABILITY a little iffy. Probably okay for a child but a teen or adult seems like they need to carefully sit down. Decent bed. Feels sturdy enough I was able to put it together alone, but it took about 8 hours going at a slow pace with lots of breaks. Get a kneepad if you have one. Be sure to look at both sides of each piece immediately after you attach to make sure you have the right orientation. I found a backwards one twice and it was a considerable setback. The directions could be confusing at times, generally just sitting and staring at the parts for a bit or looking ahead to next few steps would made it clear. I'm giving it a 4 star review be use a received 3 unlabeled parts, luckily I could narrow them down. And because the pull out shelfs cannot be wheeled out , at least if you have carpet, and are a very tight fit. Photo attached shows why. The bottom of the shelf sides touches the ground and makes the wheels pointless. I will likely use them in the closet instead. The storage drawers are a little awkward to use. I struggle get the hook lined up and set in the slot to close them. Do not recommend if you have a bad back or mobility issues. The light is great if you like a bit of a night light.. M. Madison, WI.
