This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. Terrible product. Don’t buy! This worked less than 6 months for 355. I was gone for the winter, so my 12 month warranty was over and Westbrass did not have any replacement parts. Filling a cup takes minutes not seconds like the three InSinkeraters I have owned. They filled a cup instantly. I am so sorry l bought this. I was told that's how the product is Really? Where does it say that?!!! It was suggested to lower the heat to reduce dripping. That defeats the purpose of having an instant hot. The faucet is beautiful although the color is a bit off and I hope it cleans up nicely and the finish does not rub away. I’m going to have to be very careful. We have a similar faucet in our other house so I’m expecting this to be top quality having good pressure and a smooth quiet flow. This massive system unfortunately will not even fit in this house without replacing the cabinetry, counter and sink. We are though moving back to our other house in a month and will be definitely installing this.
