We absolutely love this faucet!! Ours was an open box so the only weird thing is the water stream can occasionally separate slightly. But, we reached out to Kohler and they’re sending us a new faucet head for free! We also sometimes wish the pull down functionality was longer. But definitely not a deal breaker. Faucet shipper really fast! My plumber hasn’t had a chance to install it yet. My only concern at this time is the pull down piece seems to be plastic and not a good of quality as previous Moen kitchen faucets with a pull down. I will get my plumbers opinion and report back!
