BUY IT! I was so concerned about buying an appliance which would be delivered by who knows who. I didn't want to spend the $2,000+ the local stores were charging for similar items. I took the chance, so happy I did. I was beyond impressed with the packaging of the beverage fridge. It was easy to unpack even with all the layers of cardboard, wood, metal and Styrofoam. The instructions were clear and repeated so you couldn't miss them (let sit flat for at least 24 hours before plugging in) and it was easy to put the door on. I did it myself as my husband was at work. I slid it into place easily too. It is the exact size it says it is. It cooled down quickly. We use it every day! It's perfect. I use this fridge for large amounts of greens, which I keep for my bunnies. It has a lot of room, considering its size, and it doesn't weigh much, so I can slide it around easily on a piece of cardboard. It took me a bit to find the temperature adjust wheel in the back (find it before you put stuff in there!) and it took a few tries to find the optimum temperature setting. I'm not 100% sure the temperature is even throughout the inside. It's a great value, though, seems to hold its temperature and keep things cool, and I like that it qualifies as an Energy Star appliance. Nice mini fridge that fits perfectly in space built for 25 year old U-Line I had to replace. This is my second one as the first GE compressor died after only 5 years. Cost effective to just replace the entire unit and get the extended warranty. Plenty of room, nice interior setup and glass shelves make cleaning easy. Keeps everything very cold. Only downside is it is not self defrosting. The defrosting process takes about two hours which I do about every six months. It’s a little messy as defrosting requires removal of a tray filled with water. Impossible to do without spilling. Definitely keep a towel handy.. David. Marietta, GA. Tue Sep 16 2025
