I had been researching hot tubs for a while and reading reviews before I committed to this one. I decided on this model and it is fantastic!!! I am a teacher and wanted a hot tub to help me destress after a long day. This hot tub is perfect. it was easy to set up and it is easy to maintain. It has become my favorite way to end the day. We didn’t want to spend seven grand or more on a hot tub that the two of us couldn’t install in the place we wanted to put it. This hot tub is truly plug and play. Update : 3 months later it's working great ! Love this product . Working well for me . There were alot of bad reviews but all I can say is so far its worked well. It took about 20 mins to set up very easy. It took 30 hours to get water to temp 104 from starting temp 57. One thing is it shuts off the bubbles after 20 mins. To restart quickly unplug and plug back in. Using it in 45 degree weather it loses warmth fairly quickly. The bubbles are great and it has been everything I expected for the price. One thing I had a very difficult time figuring out how to empty . I finally deflated it. I needed to change out the water because my spa tabs were delayed. The hot tub was better than I expected especially the powerful jets. I was really surprised. It’s very well built. It was easy to blow up and use the controller. The nice thing is you can get the app and use your phone. That’s a great feature. The directions to assemble the spa were, for the most part, intuitive and easy to follow. The only trouble I had was trying to figure out what to do with the extra "insulated" cover. I've had the spa now for several weeks. Here's my impressions. The spa was easy to inflate and didn't have wrinkles in the floor like so many others do. The quality of the floor and walls was much nicer than the spa it replaced. The control unit is quiet and runs perfectly. I especially like the inflatable cover which greatly exceeds the flimsy cloth covers of the past. As you can tell from my review, I bought this model to replace another model from another supplier (not Wayfair) whose control unit failed after only one season of use.
