Ok let's talk chairs! When using in a rental upholstery is a nightmare and solid would is so heavy. I removed a star because this set was hard to put together with just one person even though I managed to do it over the course of a few days. TIP Make sure you connect the bars to frames 6 and 7 in the correct orientation or it won’t connect to the 8 frame correctly so don’t tighten the screws fully until you make sure thats correct, you can turn the bars to correct it if the screws are not tightened prematurely. The table is very sturdy and looks good. There is a seam in the center but I bought a short runner to cover it. Really happy with the product, seats seem sturdy also. This bench is perfect for my needs, I wanted extra seating for a superbowl party, but didn’t want the discomfort of folding chairs. The seat is a little taller than my kitchen chairs, but wide enough for two full adults, the back feels sturdy enough that you can actually lean on it.  It is firm and not very cushioning, but I am very happy with it.  Assembly required a phillips head screwdriver in addition to the allen key that it came with.
