The box it shipped in only has Chinese characters on the exterior so, do their QC at Wrought Studio’s American office not even check the items they sell for quality from their Chinese manufacturers? Nice sounds and useful fountain! The water sounds are really pleasant and easy to hear, can't hear the pump at all. The lights make pretty moving shadows on the ceiling in a dark room. I didn't even realize the nice self watering feature for the plant- there's a rope / string thing that connects the water to the dirt and keeps your plant watered automatically. It's really neat! Looking forward to seeing the seeds sprout. It will add even more pleasantness to this already really nice desk fountain. It's a nice peaceful thing to have in a bedroom. I think this tabletop fountain is a very good value. I really like the bubbles that are within the glass orb that spins upon the water. The orb lights up and creates a pretty shadow at the top of the heart. It also has a nice soothing sound without being intrusive. I am very pleased with the quality and value of this fountain.
