Our cushions are vacuum-sealed for shipping and require manual fluffing plus 3-7 days to fully expand. Based on our recent data analysis of return requests, we noticed that most returns were initiated within just 3 days of delivery—often before the cushion had enough time to reach its full size. If your cushion isn't fully fluffy yet, please don't worry! This is not a quality issue or damage. Simply give it a good fluff and allow it up to a week to expand. (Note: A minor measurement variance of 2-3cm / 0.79-1.18 inches is normal). Thank you for your patience!
