This sofa looks absolutely amazing in person and is well worth the value! I’m really happy with the overall look and feel. The only issue I ran into was during assembly. The platformbase that goes underneath the cushions doesn’t seem to sit exactly where it’s supposed to. I believe it will still be fine to sit on and use, but it’s definitely something worth noting. I also ordered the matching loveseat and had the exact same issue with that piece, so it doesn’t seem to be isolated to just the sofa. My husband is a perfectionist and not happy with the color of the wood so he sanded it down and found that the same wood was not used throughout the loveseat. He also changed the height to suit us seniors who have trouble getting up from low places. The cushions are also very hard. There is no way of knowing that from the picture.
