Dimensions are accurate even though the set feels smaller than pictured. A couple drawbacks experienced were that some of the panel pieces came in warped, not bad but enough to deal with. A couple panels were also cracked with small pieces coming off. Overall could use a little design revision, but not a bad setup, just use it somewhere that it can be covered / protected from the elements as it will not survive multiple seasons fully exposed.. Nice hutch, sturdy wood. Had to modify the directions slightly as one part was incorrect. Added hinges to the wire roof so I can open both areas from top…otherwise you only have a small door to access the bottom. Def made it easier! A few slight flaws but it is wooden, so that is expected. Also ordered a small animal steps bc neither rabbits will use the ramp. It is definitely too steep.
