The fountain was packaged very well! No dents or discoloration. Easy to assemble. It’s lightweight. The sound is calming. I did place pump on the sponge to avoid any humming noise. I added my own rocks. The LED lights are a bit bright for my liking. The bottom light isn’t one bulb, it’s a circle of little lights which you can see reflected at night. As I eagerly awaited the fountains arrival, it was finally here and upon unpacking realized it was missing the pump. Contacted Wayfair which was an overall pleasant experience. I packed it up because waiting for the part would take longer than just swapping the unit. The second unit arrives with no light. I am sure you can imagine my disappointment. I ordered on May 26th and still can't assemble. I have no idea when the light will arrive. 5 stars on beauty of the fountain 1 star based on the headache and lack of quality control makes this not so cheap purchase and overall 3. I literally just put it together, filled it up and turned it on. So far, it’s sturdy and made well. The water flows well - but the top pitcher that fills and pours to the next, fills up too quickly and overflows. The other pitchers fill and pours properly. Super Cute!! This is a very solid fountain and was described and packaged perfect. It was originally purchased for outside; however, it is so cute in the house that it is staying in the house. We love the sound of the falling water and the lights are perfect. Putting the potted plant on top adds that extra special touch. The only issue is that the water fill up almost to the top of every bowl which causes the water to splash out onto the floor. I purchased a mat and now is it perfect. I would highly recommend.. Set up was fine . Please note that you can just plug into an electrical outlet . You do not need to “hard wire it” as the description says. It is easy. However, the unit has a defect! The fake copper lip that the water falls from is NOT LEVEL ! Therefore the waterfall will never be like the picture in a nice V fall.
