I’m really impressed with this chair! It looks even better in person than I expected. The cognaccaramel color is beautiful and gives it a much more expensive, upscale look. The seat is wide, the back is tall and supportive, and I love that the headrest and lumbar areas have extra cushioning. The padded armrests are also a nice touch. It feels much more substantial than a typical office chair and is comfortable enough for sitting at my desk for long periods of time. Assembly was manageable, everything feels sturdy once put together, and it rolls nicely. It also looks fantastic with my wood desk and flooring. Purchased the product October 2024 and this is what it looks like today, August 2026. The chair is still okay, although the person that’s using this chair is my husband that weights approximately 200lbs, the chair is starting to squeak when being sat on and swerving. Noticed we changed the chair wheels too since the original one broke and it really ultimately damaged the carpet where the chair normally is being used. Overall purchase is still good. It was a great buy, especially for the price compared to other options. It was easy to put together and there are English instructions! The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. The chair arrived as scheduled, was easy to assemble. To be fair I've done probably 50 different chairs due to working in Hotels. The chair looks great and is fairly comfortable. There are a few things to note and consider that are not deficiencies. It is a large chair, and heavy duty. Because of this the lowest height is my standard setting, at this height, the arms will not go under my desk which has a drawer...probably 2" too high. It does not have any lumbar adjustment, no problem, just a note and for those wondering how thick the PU leather is, the answer is not very. If you have cats and they are allowed near this chair, di not expect it to remain nice. I had a claw mark the first day and covered it with a blanket...that helps but does not stop it. Lastly, the foot rest is ok, I don't love the style/design but it's functional. Also. How flat does it lay, it is not flat but it is a decent recline that one could nap in. Chair is a bit strange for an office chair. For the seat part, the knees rest higher than your behind. The back of the chair does not move with your torso. You need to pull a lever to move it. So, if you want to move back, pull the lever and move back to where you want it. Then when you want to move forward, the back does not move up to where you are but stays back until you pull the lever again. That goes on and on every time you move. Otherwise, it is a great looking chair if you don’t mind pulling that lever all day. The leather is quite good. The heat and ventilation are really weak. The vibration works well.. Anonymous.
