I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. You will receive materials for 3 Maui garden fence panels and assembly should take you approximately 30 minutes. No need to worry about digging up your yard or garden, these panels are installed by using a mallet to drive the fence posts into the ground. Each panel measures 25 1/2 inches high by 24 inches wide and, once installed, the 3 panels span 6 linear feet. These panels easily attach by using the included joiner clips which also allow for installation in a straight line or corner application. Vinyl is UV and water-resistant meaning this fence will last for years to come. There’s no staining, painting, or maintenance required!
