The set of replacement bar stools was in perfect condition! I love the chairs, but I will admit that I have to get used to the fact that they do not automatically return to their original position when you stand up! However, the first set of chairs I received were obviously returned by a previous customer; they had been partially unwrapped with hardware removed and loose in the box, and there was a large dent in the back of one of the chairs. In addition, the stain on both seats was not applied correctly and visibly damaged.
