It looks great and overall works well. I’ve had the shower tower installed for 2 years and it still works great. However, my primary reason for this particular unit was to allow me to run at least 2 of the shower elements at the same time. The BIG design flaw is that when the cycle is complete it simply shuts off, no indicator light that the cycle has been completed. Major over-sight, possibly they could modify it with a sw update? Great upgrade from a standard toilette . Built in bidet is perfect solution since we did not have space for a separate European style bidet . Simpler install without needing electric hookup was a plus and also cheaper . no warm water option was not as big of an issue as I thought … water pressure on bidet spray tube is high so don’t turn it on when you’re facing it or you will get sprayed in the face..
