This chair fits the bill. It was easy to snap together to assemble. Small enough to easily drive through the halls of my senior living complex. My reason for the 4 versus 5 rating is that there is no easy way to find out where or who handles repairs and how I would get the chair to them. After assembly it will not fit back in the box. Also it is a folding chair but much effort must be made to fold it. In addition a warning to those who have never used a joy stick for games. There is a learning curve.. P. Springfield, PA.
