Delivered fast, but horribly packaged. This is how it was delivered, the box falling apart. The exposed side is scratched and dirty, one of the corners is bent. It’s missing the two door latches. The door is misaligned, the bar on the top is so badly misaligned that you can only get two of the four screws into it. This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job.
