This is a very sturdy rack. I needed to add to my storage space in my garage and chose this. It arrived with one end of the box torn up (this happens quite often with FexEx deliveries). The parts bag was opened and parts were missing. I did an inventory of parts and alerted Wayfair. They sent me the replacement parts right away. Assembly was easy but time consuming. The packaging was great, delivery was late. They are very sturdy built, but, they give you zip ties to secure the racks to the wall braces. The braces only have long open holes down the sides, making it too easy for the zip ties to slide back and forth. 2 suggestions. They need to make a lot of small drill holes down the sides of the braces, and the zip ties need to be like 2-3" longer. I had to use some of my own longer ties to make it work right.
