I would give these fans a 5 if not for the one thing that I’m fairly disappointed in. I bought one, loved it so much I bought a second fan and that’s where I’m having my difficulties. I’ll explain, I use Apple HomeKit in house I have about 30 devices all controlled with Siri. My first fan was easy to install has a great fit and finish, looks great works great with Siri with no complaints. So I ordered a second fan, went together fantastically also looks great, but integrating it into my Smart Home not so good. It will not let me add the second fan, it actually says your fan is already installed which it’s not. After Googling the issue it’s a know problem. I just wasn’t aware of this issue until after I purchased and installed the second fan. So I’m relegated to only using the remote control for that 2nd fan. I knew this because of reading other reviews but they need to update the description to be more accurate. The light is low and projects more downward especially since it has a dark metal wrap around the body of the light. I knew this from other reviews and was ok with this since we used table lamps for our master bed but if you want a bright light, this is not your fan. Light Fixture is glass which I like. Came with a slight scratch on the metal but this can be easily touched up. Pull chains have labels on them for light vs fan chain. The style matched our decor and was simply designed which I wanted for my bedroom. Doesn’t make beep sounds when pull chain like the remote control ones do and we don’t have to search for a remote in middle of night to change the settings, just can pull chain above our bed as needed.. Installation was relatively easy, fan runs very quiet. The remote control seems a bit temperamental, it doesn't always respond to the first push of a selected button. At times, I had to hold the remote up high pointing it directly at the top of the fan to get it to run on high speed. Also does not always want to shut off the lights in the first couple clicks..
