I bought the 60” fan and while the blades are 60” in length the overall size is similar looking to my 52” fans I replaced because it’s just an overall smaller fan - the ones I replaced were bulkier, older, and had glass light shades on them. My husband installed two of them quite easily but we did not like how the included wall switch is hard wired but uses batteries as well. Hopefully we don’t have to replace them often. I have seen some other reviews say the fan doesn’t move much air and then they may show themselves holding up a piece of paper or tissue to demonstrate. Ours move air (as well as other light things) just fine with our 9’ and 10’ ceilings. I searched for the internet for several fans this color and size. I finally landed on this Hunter one. I loved everything about it. My husband installed it without any trouble. We absolutely love it. The light is the perfect color, not too yellow and not too white-like most LED lights can be. The only downside would be the remote. It only has up and down arrows and the remote does not have a holder for the wall. We tend to loose remotes easily in our household so that is a negative point for us. Parkhill ceiling fan is a remote-controlled unit with a 70” span. It has 5 blades positioned at the 12-degree pitch, creating strong air movement, and is perfect for large indoor spaces. Not suitable for use outdoors. The remote control is included and has 3-speed options. The metal body and all metal elements of this fan are in oil-rubbed bronze and are complemented with walnut-finished blades. The hanging rod is 24” long and is not adjustable. The light kit is not included but can be added if purchased separately.
