Chair was very stubborn to get put together. Son had to get the impact drill for 1 of the bolts to go in. But the chair after an hour of fighting to get together, is very comfy. This chair was extremely easy to put together. It took maybe 15 minutes. It’s very heavy base wise. It doesn’t move around easily. This is more of a sit in place swivel chair. Overall, this is an excellent reading chair for the price. Mine arrived in two pieces and was fairly easy to assemble. One thing to note: you have to unscrew the bottom plank to access the instructions and screws. My main issue is that the fabric feels a bit on the cheaper side and arrived quite wrinkled, which made the chair look somewhat inexpensive at first. I used a steamer to smooth it out, and it now looks much better. Comfort-wise, it’s good—not exceptional, but definitely not uncomfortable. The chair is also a bit smaller than I anticipated. The chair is so cute. I loveeee the color. I sort of regretted the purchase afterwards because of the color but when it came in, I loved it. Not too bright as it is depicted on the website. It is more of the warmer color I was looking for to change my living room decor. I assembled it myself and it took about an hour and a half. The pillow in the back isn’t as plump as it depicts.
