I needed a small pull-out sofa for a home office/guest room. The couch is surprisingly comfortable and supportive. The height is perfect and the cushions are pretty stuffed. The fabric is a bit rough, but I was limited in options due to size constraints in the room. It came a bit stained in some areas, but Customer Service was beyond helpful and responsive. Love the Quaility and modular construction. Very easy to put together. Day 2 of delivery and still see a little sign of compression on back cushions but expect that to decompress with time. The microfiber material seen very good in Quaility. My only minor issue was a few springs on the pull out had fallen out and need to be reinstalled but nothing after that. I would recommend it.
