When it rains, our yard gets up to 4 of deep, sticky mud. This boot scraper works great at removing built up mud from boots and shoes. The person who complained there was only one loop was foolish not to reach out to Wayfair and/or the manufacturer right away as this was undoubtedly a mistake that can happen with any product produced according to modern practices.
