The rails on the drawers were already attached, the bags with hardware were not all in a connected bag and the instructions were clear. So at the end, the drawers slid right in with no adjustments.. We ordered this for a bedroom remodel. It was super protected in shipping and so beautiful and sturdy. My only complaint is that, after using for a period of time, we noticed the center was not raised enough and seemed to be slightly sagging. All corner posts were already adjusted as low as possible and the center was raised, so we added a small piece of wood under the middle to lift it a bit more and it is straight/level again.. Kristen. This is an incredibly solid dresser. Very heavy, nice quality, well made. Like the color of the wood, nice size, and like that it sits on the floor. Lots of drawers, 9, but each somewhat small. I really like the look of the drawer pulls, but they are not very good quality, thin and cheap. Like the top material, just not a big fan of the color, wish it was more neutral. This is a nice-looking dresser. The drawers are roomy, but not sure how they will stand up to lots of opening and closing...they don't seem real solid. Also, when the first 2 columns of drawers are closed, they do not close flush with the frame (preferred), while the third column does.
