arrived fairly quickly packaged very well. two pillows came rolled up in a bag inside a box. the pillows are down and feathers but they feel more down like than feathers since I didnt feel any pokey things. theyre well stitched around the edges all the way around however there is no zipper so you will need a zippered cover. in the description it talks about a three chamber design but after fluffing them up I do not feel three chambers which is okay for me. Im a stomach back and side sleeper so these pillows will work for any position. they fluff up nicely and they do suggest that you fluff them weekly. as far as cleaning instructions it just says spot clean. well the pillow itself is made in China the down is imported from Hungary and the feathers that were sterilized according to the label.. I ordered the kingsize pillows and I would say that they're only medium, rather firm as advertised. Packaging can be improved - they come in tightly packed rolls for ease of shipment. However, be very careful when opening the box because there's no protecting cover. I actually slashed through the pillow with my scissors. Wayfair was kind enough to provide replacement. Seems like nice flat sheets and I like the fact that they did a gold stitch so you know which way they go but the shipping process has been a nightmare they were supposed to be flat and fitted sheets but so far I only got the flat and I have contacted them 3 times now wirh no luck of getting the fitted- well after 4 calls im now not getting the fitted sheets because they claim the company made a mistake and it was supposed to be for only flat sheets- and Wayfair refuses to do anything-.
