It takes several days to bring the hot tub up to temperature when refilling. I think this may be comfortable for 5 people, but I have no idea how you fit 7 adults in this hot tub. This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. I was a little nervous about ordering online. I did a lot of shopping and researching before I ordered this one but now wish I had ordered it sooner. We spend a lot of time in it. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would. We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! This set arrived packaged well in 6 large boxes. It was mostly easy to put together, but time consuming. My 12 year old and I put it together in a day. The fire pit works great and the storage box is great for storing pool towels, but the cushions won’t all fit. If you’re worried about those, you’ll need to order outdoor furniture covers. We are using 2 chairs on the one side instead of the foot stools that weren’t part of it they set. They are from Wayfair also, but just didn’t come part of the set. We have the footstools on the sides for using as needed for kicking back and relaxing. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because the couch and loveseat should be more comfortable. The backs need to be higher and the seats should be deeper. This is meant for lounging and just isn’t as comfy as I hoped. So I’m disappointed in that aspect of it. Update : 3 months later it's working great ! Love this product . Working well for me . There were alot of bad reviews but all I can say is so far its worked well. It took about 20 mins to set up very easy. It took 30 hours to get water to temp 104 from starting temp 57. One thing is it shuts off the bubbles after 20 mins. To restart quickly unplug and plug back in. Using it in 45 degree weather it loses warmth fairly quickly. The bubbles are great and it has been everything I expected for the price. One thing I had a very difficult time figuring out how to empty . I finally deflated it. I needed to change out the water because my spa tabs were delayed.
