It’s a solidly made chair and the leather is soft and top grain. Either the seat cushion is too high or the legs are too long so that the overall seating position is higher than our other dining chairs making them uncomfortable. My wife’s feet do not reach the floor and mine barely touch. We’re both average height. I love the chairs and plan to cut an appropriate amount of wood from the legs and solve the problem. Chairs are great but Wayfair’s customer service needs to be tweaked. We ordered 4 gold chairs and received two in white and two in Gold. The good news we highly recommend the Gold over the white they are beautiful. Last month Wayfair goofed up a delivery with a wrong phone number when we had given it to them 5 times. Note we love dealing with Wayfair and they are going to send us the correct chairs. Two goof ups on the last two orders is not pleasant, but it sure beats my wife and I driving all over the State looking for furniture. We highly recommended this Tommy Bahama brand .
