Solid purchase. Heats 6 of my towels within ~30min (I turn it on before I start to brush floss etc) and by the time I’m out of the shower, I have warm to the touch towels that literally evaporate water off of me. It’s a small change you can do for yourself if you have the extra money that, I think, really adds a layer of self care and intention to my routine. Great size, does the job, no complaints.. Nick. When I think of cost spent, this is probably one of the least necessary things. It’s nice to have if you take a shower during the time that is set on your timer but when don’t there isn’t much time to manually have it heat up. Plus for two towels to get much of the heat, it’s hard bc really only two spots for it to get any heat. It works great though and is nice looking. Favorite thing in bathroom is heated floors. I would have probably looked for a longer one knowing what I know now.. Megan. Jefferson City, MO. Sat Jul 22 2023

Works well. Love the warm towel after a shower, and also dries towel quicker. 10/15/26: Towel warmer no longer works after just about five years of constant use.. E. Mount Pleasant, SC. Thu Oct 15 2026

Bathroom is still being finished but got this installed easily . Used an existing outlet to convert to power this unit. Really is easy to install - you place brackets first and then the main unit is placed and held in by set screws. The main unit is very heavy! I’m honestly on the fence about 3-4 stars for this. It’s no better than units half the price - and the wifi module alone isn’t worth the premium. Heats towels to lukewarm temp but not hot. And the unit I received looked fine until installed and then the heat caused some warping in the middle of one of the rails. They shipped a replacement but I haven’t had a chance to reinstall it. Hoping that solves the issue or it’ll be returned entirely.. Lucas. Lubbock, TX. Sun Aug 24 2025
