The Signature loaf pan is ideal for everything from bread and pound cake to meatloaf, brownies, and even ice cream. With a generous depth and capacity, it’s also great for bubbling casseroles and lasagna. Crafted from our legendary enameled cast iron, the excellent heat distribution creates golden brown crispy crusts and edges, while the straight sides make it easy to serve perfectly portioned slices. Durable and easy to clean, the interior surface is finished with a black satin enamel that eliminates the need for the traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron. The enamel develops a natural patina over time making it virtually nonstick and easier to maintain and clean.

Received this loaf pan to replace my tired aluminum spring form cake pan that was starting to fall apart after years of use. This one is made of sturdy cast iron that will last a lifetime. No metal utensils only silicone ones will keep the inner lining scratch free. Planning in making smaller sized lasagnas. Bread pudding, banana bread and brownies for the family and keto versions of these treats for myself. Everything bakes beautifully in this and releases very easily. Cast iron means this can be pre-heated on the cooktop before popping it in the oven. So versatile. The color Rhône is spectacular. Feels luxurious !. Acerulz. San Francisco, CA. Tue Dec 16 2025

This 4-pack of extra-large loaf pans measures 12.6 inches wide by 5.5 inches deep by 3.9 inches high each, crafted from 100% BPA-free food-grade silicone in cream confetti for odorless, colorfast performance across ovens, microwaves, and freezers. The built-in metal reinforced frame enables safe insertion and removal from hot ovens while resisting deformation during dense mixture baking, and allows hanging storage to conserve kitchen space. The flexible non-stick surface lets loaves release completely by gently pushing up the bottom, preventing the sticking and tearing common with rigid metal alternatives. The non-stick inner wall repels food residues for easy cleaning with plain water or in the dishwasher, and the pans can be hung to air-dry after washing. The generous 12.6 by 5.5 inch footprint provides extra length for recipes that feel cramped in standard loaf pans, making these pans ideal for batch planning—bake two recipes, chill or freeze one for later, and reheat portions as needed. Suitable for toast, fruit cakes, quiches, meatloaf, pies, and cheese lasagna, this neutral-toned set fits seamlessly into open shelving or visible storage without adding bright colors.

Seasoned with 100% natural vegetable oil

Very sturdy, heavy but also heavy duty.. Anonymous. Thu Aug 13 2026

The rubber is thicker than most and doesn’t sag under the weight of cooking. I used non stick spray only on half of the pan and both sides released blueberry muffins easily. However, the side with spray came out more clearly and with brown edges. I am very happy with the pan and the colorful box would make it as a perfect gift! The only downside I see is that joint between silicone and the metal may be more susceptible to rust, but only time will tell.. Vanessa. Richmond, VA. Tue Sep 01 2026

The Baking Shell creates the perfect environment for baking great bread. Lightweight and easy to handle, it requires no preheating. Heat quickly passes through the shell and steam is trapped under it. To use, just slide the bread dough onto any flat baking surface in your oven and place the shell over it. For the perfect combination of a classic dough rise and crackling crispy crust, lift the shell off halfway through baking.

Used this with the baking steel this week and turned out a lovely loaf of sourdough bread. Easier to manage due to less weight than a cast iron pot.. Bonnie. Mon Oct 05 2026
