The bed itself is beautiful and it came out looking really nice. The delivery has much to be worked on. The boxes were extremely heavy and were left on the first level of my apartment complex. there was no options at checkout to have it delivered to Room of Choice. Then I scheduled Wayfair assembly and they went to the wrong house and left thinking I wasn't home. I had to call customer service to beg them to come back. The man who assembled it was nice and he did a good job with assembly. We put this bed in one of our bedroom's a couple weeks ago and I keep forgetting it's not something we've had forever — it just fits. The headboard is the first thing you notice. Assembly was really straight-forward — two of us got it done, everything we needed was in the box, and instructions were simple and easy to follow. The slat system holds everything up on its own, so once it was together, that was it — no extra piece to buy or figure out. A couple weeks in, it's holding up exactly like I'd hoped. No creaking, no wobble when you sit on the edge, nothing shifting around. It just feels solid and to make it even better, the upholstery is just such a stunning finish.
