I'm a 67 yr. old petite woman and I just finished assembling this cabinet by myself, using only a screwdriver and it took me about 3 hours. It's very well made, instructions are easy to follow, but I did see the complaints about the difficulty with the doors, but I did not have a problem with the doors. Be aware that if your TV is 55" like in the photo, once you position it on the cabinet the TV legs will hang off either the front or back of the cabinet. We purchased an unfinished Haelynn solid wood 2-door corner cabinet. The cabinet arrived sooner than expected and was well-packaged, so there was no damage. This pine cabinet has soft-close hinges. The right door has a strip that eliminates a gap when the doors are closed (close the right door first). The top is made of strips of wood pieced together but looks good. To finish, we sanded with 180 grit sandpaper, then applied wood conditioner, golden oak Minwax stain, four coats of Minwax warm satin polyurethane with a brush, then finished with one coat of wipe-on poly, sanding with 320 grit sandpaper between coats of poly. Great stand…you can only mount the tv one way though and for us that meant the doors would open toward the bed as we put this at the end of our bed. The piece is very well made and solid. It is very heavy but was packaged well and there was no damage. They assisted bringing it into our house as well. The TV in the picture is a 65 and fits just perfect IF your TV has a center stand. If you have claw feet at each end of the TV it will not fit. The color is not quite what I was expecting, it has more green than blue for a tealaqua but I liked it so we kept it. I definitely recommend this product due to its quality and workmenship! We waited for this particular cabinet to go on sale. It finally did and we ordered it right away. We are so pleased with the quality. Note: This cabinet is taller than others, so if you are in a bed watching TV, this is high enough to see the TV. The other types we looked at were much lower (not as tall). This one cost a bit more, but it was well worth it. We ordered the Bright White, it is a true bright white, which is exactly what we wanted. The stand itself is so nice! The quality is great and we love the color! I will say that the directions were a bit confusing. There were many steps mixed in one step (a few times) and it would’ve been a little easier if it were broken down more. However, other than that we love it! I absolutely love this TV stand! Assembly was very straightforward, took a couple hours by myself. The color is very accurate accurate to the online picture.
