Couch came in a day and was exactly what we expected. We gave it around 8 hours to initially inflate and followed the simple instructions of punching it and fluffing it to stimulate it to inflate. From what I have read it takes up to 4 days to fully inflate but even a day in we are super happy with it. Soft enough to sit on for hours but firm enough to not sink. As for size, I am 6ft 3 and me and my girlfriend can easily both spread out on this thing so it’s a win in that regard. It’s such an amazing couch and it made me so happy! The assembly took me almost the whole afternoon but I’m slow. I judge it’s really more of a two people job really. The sofa arrived ahead of schedule in just 3 days! I immediately assembled it. Took me 1-1/2 hours start to finish. Some parts not labeled and one was mislabeled but it was easy to figure out which was which. We absolutley love this sofa for the money. It does not look cheap as another reviewer mentioned and the quality exceeded my expectations. When we folded out the bed, it measured 72" long by 46" wide which is all we need for the occasional guest. Couldn’t be happier 55. I’m super picky about couches and this one didn’t have any reviews so I was a bit weary. However, it exceeded my expectations. The color is beautiful and fabric is soft. The couch has the perfect amount of give but no so much that it sinks when you sit on it. The padding is thick enough that when you lay it out to use as a bed you don’t feel the ground underneath. It is very easy to assemble. While sitting on it, it is firm which I like it. Little disappoint is, it's small in width in sense of sit position. As for example I have other brand sofa almost in the same price range. It has more sit room and space back rest in position but this new one seems to be tightly on this case.
