The extra height is great gor me as I can no longer sit so low due to back problems. My 64 friends says its great too, he doesnt feel like an adult in a childrens bathroom. Very happy with the product and works as described. I would point out that you need to use the provided 1/2 inch connectors as the bidet requires that size. Needed something narrow for a tight space and this worked perfectly. Also, the height is great! The new "standard" height is 16-17" which (I get) for people with back problems - it is easier to stand up from - but, I'm sorry - that is just too tall and also a problem for small children. We have had 12 of the American Standard pressure-assist toilets/tanks in our various homes over the years. We LOVE them. We have a plunger in the house - but have no idea where it is. We like the extra height because we are tall. I was shopping around for taller  toilet to update my out of date toilet in my restroom. Wasnt sure exactly what I was looking for at first. I was needing a taller one for my disabiled husband. While looking on Wayfair I found these 21 one at a great price. This comes in as a two piece toilet with a round seat. The design is nice with flush at the top of the tank instead of the side.  Comes with everything you need to install (will show in the attached picture) I was so happy I didnt have to go buy anything extra. After placing my order, the box came within a week. And you know with Wayfair,  shipping is free! This was easier then going to the store and shopping and not knowing what all I needed. When it arrived the toilet was well package and secure to ensure there was no breakage. Box has handles to insure it is lifted correctly. I would highly recommend this based on quality and price..
