Maenads, the frenzied worshippers of the god Dionysus (Bacchus), are frequent images in ancient Greek art. Here, the languid, stylized statue trio encircles an exquisite architectural pedestal urn, hair, and garments flowing in a dance of pleasure. This sophisticated birdbath statue sends the message that you take the exterior of your home every bit as seriously as the interior.

Sun Pottery Classic Bird Bath has a unique, strong, locking device (not plastic). All Alcott Hill® glazed pottery and bird baths are fired in gas kilns. These are significantly more environmentally friendly than the large, standard, wood-fired "Dragon" kilns used by most of Alcott Hill® competitors. The "Dragon" kilns burn a huge amount of rubber wood at each firing which is very bad for the environment and doesn't provide even firing for the product. Alcott Hill® gas Kilns ensure more even colors and better quality products because the temperature is controllable; unlike that in the wood-fired kilns. Durable frostproof construction (up to 32 degrees F.).

Attention Birders! You should choose this because of the bathing features. I looked at dozens before buying this one. It attracts birds with sound and moving water. It has a rough surface to grip so they can walk on top and take a bath, because its the perfect depth to splash in — see my video of a chickadee taking a bath. (I tied a coated wire across the 2 birds to form a perch.). Nancoix. Minneapolis, MN. Mon Jul 13 2026

I looked and looked for this birdbath. This was exactly what I was looking for - finally! It arrived unscathed and perfect. It took goo gone and elbow grease to get the sticker off. It is so beautiful and the perfect color for my garden. I put a large rock inside the bowl for a perch for birds and squirrels.. Theresa. Sat Jun 06 2026

Add an elegant focal point to the patio, deck, or lawn with this outdoor ceramic water fountain. Featuring sleek, classic lines and a ceramic construction with glazed finish this fountain is designed to leave lasting impressions. Cheerful little birds are perched on the tier edges to add extra charm. Water bubbles out of the ornamental top and down the tiers and recirculates through the fountain via a submersible electric pump. No plumbing is required, just plug it in to a standard outdoor electrical outlet when ready to operate.

Cute fountain, a bit shorter than I realized. Had some blemishes in the glazing where it looks like someone applied a different material to fix it? The instructions didn’t include a great diagram of the part labeled “leak protector” so I had to find an online instruction manual for a similar fountain from the same company, which used the same part. The pump was a bit unwieldy to position. So far it’s a pleasant sound of water, no drips. Not sure if any birds will use it, I was hoping the sphere on top would attract hummingbirds to bathe. We’ll see!. Holly. Minneapolis, MN. Thu May 15 2025
