I have Coolaroo we put out to shade plants and windows 15 years ago that is still like brand new. When you buy this real stuff, it lasts a lifetime. My cats climb up it, it is impossible to shred. The sun hasn't affected it. The fake stuff that doesn't say Coolaroo only lasts 2 years and shreds into little pieces of plastic. Accept no imitations.
