Directions were easy and clear, all parts labeled nearly, says it takes two people to assemble, but I did it myself in an hour. 'Lots of screws all put in with the provided Alan wrench which got a bit tiring, but not terrible. I might suggest a rubber mallet as helpful, but not critical. These bar stools are really cute and look great on our patio. The quality and style are nice for the price. The main downside was the assembly. It took much longer than expected and was definitely not as easy to put together as I thought. Some steps were a little frustrating and needed extra time and patience.
