This tub is very large and deep. The drain is high enough to get completely covered and it is long enough to lay all the way back. The material is some kind of stone so it is very heavy to move and get in place. This also gives it a cool stone feel when you’re in it. This bathtub is everything you did not know you needed. The pressure of jets will have you soaking an extra few more minutes with each use. Be sure you want an Acrylic tub if material and texture is a thing for you. It work just fine for me and has been easy to clean. For taller people, 71 inches is not long enough to have your legs stretched straight out but those persons 5'9 and under will be just fine. Love my tub! Surprisingly there is a learning curve. If your rear end just so happens to pop the drain and you have the whirlpool on you get quite the spray of water directly to your face. I warned my husband and he still did it. The air bubbles and water jets are strong which is nice but you do get water everywhere. But that is a small price to pay for all those bubbles.My husband was not sure he wanted a tub any longer. The original plan was for a two person tub. But our space ended up not quite big enough. This is about the biggest I could find in a decent price range. We both kind of fit if we entangle. He is 6’4” and I am 5’10”so that is a challenge. But he is now a big fan of the tub.. Choya.
