We installed this 5 years ago on a remodel and had looked at the 9" depth in the store and decided on that one. We didn't realize right next to it was the 5" depth and when we went back to order at the plumbing store, accidentally just pointed the 5" depth out in a rush to get it ordered. When it arrived, the plumber pointed it out and said we would hate it and offered to return and reorder, but we had already waited 3 weeks for this one and were eager to be done with the remodel so we opted to keep it. We are 5 years in and wish we had paid more attention and listened to our plumber. The sink, while lovely and works, is not deep enough to counter splashing when washing hands, pots, etc. and so as a result the granite around the sink is already showing signs of hardwater stains that we will have to pay to have polished out. This is a sink more for a side in the kitchen to hand wash vegs, etc in and not for utility /main sink.. Wanetta. Texas. Fri Jan 29 2021

This sink is a really great size, and just fits over my 30" cabinet base. I love the lip and the colander that slides side to side. Not in love with the metal base that keeps things off the bottom of the sink but that's not so much the sink, as an accessory I don't really need. The sink is great.. Robyn. Beaverton, OR. We've had our sink for about three months now and we love it. We got the chrome inserts for the bottoms and they've been surprisingly handy (I wasn't sure they would be). The sink has remained an unscratched pure white, and all I do is rinse it with water after most uses and every month or so give it light polish with Kohler's Cast Iron Sink Cleaner. It's deep enough that water never sloshes out of it but not too deep, and I can easily wash and rinse my pots. And the rims are a perfect width as well, taking up minimal counter space but serving their purpose. Clearly, a lot of thought went into the design of this sink!. Rescuedogmama. Ohio. Just got this sink, and had it installed yesterday, the sink is absolutely beautiful! It really brightens up our kitchen! The ripples in the porcelain when light reflects on it at nighttime make you feel like you are at a real river!!! So cool! At first I thought that the ripples were a flaw until my husband looked it up online, and read where they put those in the sink to give one the feel of being at a river. A beautiful relaxing sink, that cheers one up while using it sure is better than the dull boring stainless steel sink that we took out to replace it with.
