IT TOOK 4 HRS TO ASSEMBLY USING THE TOOLS PROVIDED WITH HEADBOARD. MANY OF THE HOLES WERE SLIGHTLY OUT OF ALIGNMENT (FRUSTRATING) BUT THE COMPLETED HEADBOARD SQUARED UP NICELY AFTER THE FINAL TIGHTENING. INSTRUCTIONS WERE EASY TO FOLLOW. HARDWARE AND ALL PIECES CLEARLY IDENTIFIED. QUALITY EQUAL TO PRICE POINT. FOAM PADDED HEADBOARD FIT PERFECT AND SECURED NICELY. WE INSTALLED THE LED LIGHTS UNDER THE BOTTOM SHELF, BEHIND THE PADDED BOARD TO AVOID LIGHTS IN THE EYES. THIS WORKED BETTER THAN EXPECTED. THE LIGHT IS LIMITED TO THE LOWER AREA OF THE BACK WALL AND NEAR BY FLOOR. THIS WORKS WELL FOR THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TRIPS TO THE BATHROOM WITHOUT LIGHTING UP THE WHOLE ROOM. I got this headboard for my daughter’s bed. She needed one with shelves and a charging station. This one fit the bill. The material is solid wood and very sturdy. It has two shelves, two sliding doors, charging station, and cool LED lighting. This piece has a nice black finish and is freestanding. In addition, you have the top of the headboard to place pics and such on. Assembly did take longer than I expected but when done and set up, it looked great and she loves it. Great storage, built-in lighting, and a smart design for a kid’s room! We purchased this 65” Full Bookcase Headboard for our daughter’s room and it has been a great upgrade both functionally and visually. It completely changed the look of the space and added storage we really needed without taking up extra floor room. Assembly was very manageable. The instructions were clear, parts were well labeled, and everything lined up correctly. It took less than an hour (probably more like 40-45 mins) to put together. Having a second person helps but certainly not needed at all. It’s not heavy or complicated. The built-in shelving is the standout feature. There’s plenty of room for books, small decor items and night time essentials. Everything feels sturdy once assembled, and the shelves don’t feel flimsy or cheap. It sits flush against the wall and looks amazing! The LED lights are a big hit. I included photos showing the different color options at night and they really do create a fun cozy atmosphere. The lighting is bright enough to be useful but not harsh, making it great for winding down at night. It adds a modern touch that my daughter absolutely loves. One feature we didn’t realize we’d appreciate so much is the center outlet. I included a close up photo showing a smart clock plugged in and it works perfectly there. It’s incredibly convenient for charging devices, LED lights or using smart devices without running cords across the room. For the price, the quality exceeded expectations. The finish looks very nice and it feels solid once assembled. It’s going to hold up well with everyday use and doesn’t wobble or shift. This headboard checks a lot of boxes. When you think about it, headboards make great friends: they have your back when you want to sit up with a good book or binge-worthy series; they keep pillows from slipping into the crack between the wall and mattress, and they give our bedrooms that fully furnished feel. This one is crafted from solid and manufactured wood and showcases a bookcase design, with three storage cubbies perfect for books or other decors.

I was a little worried when my package arrived as the box had some damage to it, but thankfully my headboard didn't. It can stand alone on it's own or attach to a bedframe. It is heavy enough to just stand on it's own, but I put bolts in mine, that didn't come with it, and mounted it to my frame. It does match the online description of it and its pictures very well. The bed has not made one single squeak or noise either. It’s constructed to be very sturdy even though it’s a light weight metal.
