The sofa is perfect for comfort, size and beauty. My only suggestion is that somewhere in your description of the product it explains that assembly requires 2 people. I didn’t see that until after delivery when I opened the assembly manual. In spite of that, at 79 years of age, I was able to assemble it myself after considerable time and frustration. Another small detail is that I was unable to zip the back cushions to the sofa. Very little room for maneuvering my fat fingers. Today is another day to try that again.. John. Wilmington, NC. Slim tapered arms and a tightly padded back make Digby feel roomy even in smaller areas. Its exclamation-point arm is finished with a tall tapered leg to add visual height, and the tight back enhances the architectural feel of this style while offering surprising comfort.

Flex steel furniture is excellent. Built to last a lifetime. The color is light beige (moondust), the material is like a light tweed. The seating is more on the firm side, not going to sink into this one. This is my second sofa in the last 18 years, and it is replacing a flexsteel sofa. Highly recommend this product.. Robert. This couch is super cute and stylish—it definitely makes a statement! The only reason this couch did not receive 5-stars is because of comfort. Not terrible, but a little stiff and the back is low. It’s obviously a more formal couch, not a lay down and nap type of couch. I should also add it was easy to clean, when my kids got some dirt on it!. Danielle. California. Mon Oct 19 2026

If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

This review goes out to the skeptical yet thorough person who cringes at making large purchase site unseen. That was definitely me, with my tape measure and goggling what chenille fabric. DELIVERY- comes in one big box that was probably 5"8ft tall and 3ft wide. Was able to fit on my small apartment elevator with myself and the 2 movers. UNBOXING - couch comes pretty much assembled with a separate box containing the legs. SETUP - I had the pleasure of not putting the couch together. Wayfair had a special for free assembly at the time of my purchase so the movers put the couch together. It took no time because they simply screwed the legs on. VISUAL IMPRESSION - beautiful, true to color...definelty blue lol. was really worried about the length of the couch as I was deciding whether to buy or not but it works for me in an open concept studio apartment for one (650sqft). Could sit with 1 friend spaciously or 2 others hip to hip. COMFORT - Couch is firm, not unbearablly firm more like doctor office chair firm or car seat firm. I was looking to avoid velvet type or the teddy bear/boneless couch fabric for my next couch...more of a linen was the goal. This is a good medium for me in terms of fabric...like a low cut fluffy linen. When sitting and laying, if youre looking for a squishy memory foam cloud couch like experience this is not it. I'd say this is a couch for someone who doesn't spend a lot of time sitting on a couch (if that makes sense). FUNCTIONALITY - the seats cushions aren't removable...the middle is boundtogether so no worries about the cushions moving around, only thing is the back cushions those can be moved around and the covers removed...I believe if you want to clean it you'll have to invest in a cute fabric cleaner machine. Very much true to size. Armrests are firm with some cushion...if you push hard enough you'll feel stillness but comfy non the less. NEGATIVES(kinda) - I find the foldable back to be weird. It doesnt flop or anything it just makes the piece feel less serious. I suppose it was a space saving hack for packaging...could probably finesse a sleeping sofa situation out of it. Just weird. Read a lot of reviews and watched a the wayfair specialist video multiple times before taking the plunge. Happy with this purchase overall.. Joshalyn. Augusta, GA. Sun Oct 11 2026

With its pared-down profile, this 3-seater sofa is the definition of simple sophistication. It features a solid rubberwood frame that rests on solid wood corner block feet. Wide, structured square arms play counterpoint to foam-filled cushions for extra indulgent lounging. Adjustable headrest to make resting or watching TV more comfortable. Four toss pillows are also included with this sofa.

So far I’m enjoying this couch! The boxes are large so fair warning especially if you’re in an apartment to have someone who can help. The couch is super comfy perfect for lounging. I had a friend stay over and they slept on the couch, definitely approved of it for napping!. Anonymous. Tue Oct 06 2026

Contemporary style meets understated design with this essential sofa. Use it to anchor a simply-chic living room seating group then pair it with a patchwork pillow for a pop of pattern.

Couch is great! Love that it came with included white glove delivery for no additional cost for easy delivery and set up. The sofa itself is perfect for a small apartment, and wicked comfy, but firm enough where you don't sink into it. I like firmer pillows and this couch is the perfect level of support, but also comfortable enough to nap on. The color is so fun, matched the picture online and the painting in my living room perfectly, and adds a pop of color to make the living room more lively. My 100-lb dog also approves of the couch! Highly recommend!. Anonymous. Tue Sep 19 2023

Enjoy functional style and plush, comfortable seating with this sofa. Fully upholstered with self-welt for added durability, it would be a great addition to any home. Crafted in North Carolina, USA, it features removable and reversible seat and back cushions, flared arms, and tapered wood legs.

This couch was the perfect size. I like the cushions are loose so you can clean the cushions and under them easily. I also like the firmness, a good medium where I only sink in about 2 or 3 inches and I'm a big guy at 290. The material I selected also has a nice texture to it. Its also big enough to take a nap on!. Darinl. Kansas. Thu Mar 20 2025
