My original complaint: I ordered two sets of two chairs for a total of 4 chairs. Just the 4 upper chairs without legs or hardware were in the two boxes. they are useless as delivered! Upon complaining to Wayfair, the rep sent my complaint back to the factory. It turns out that the legs and hardware and an Allen key for each chair were concealed in a zippered compartment under the seat. This took a long time; Wayfair should've known the solution to the problem when I first contacted customer service. This chair is a great value. I love the real wood base and the fabric is really nice too (I have the beige linen) The cushions were vacuum packed upon arrival and therefore a bit wrinkled, but I hit them with my hand steamer and that problem was quickly and easily resolved. It was easy to assemble, I did it myself in about 15 minutes. The only negative for me is the screw hole covers. They are plastic which feels cheap for such an otherwise quality piece. I wish they were wood that matched better. Thats why I give it 4 out of 5 stars. We just purchased 6 of these. They appear to be very sturdy, easily holding my 260-pound weight. The seat is definitely on the firm side and low to the ground, but for a dining chair this works for well. Being a large person, I was also happy to see the armrests were over an inch on each side of me, so these chairs are large enough for almost anyone! The armrests are thin and hard like they appear, but I do not consider this a bad thing for a dining chair since they appear strong, and their thinness still provides extra support while keeping the middle roomy. An added bonus is the material looks easy to clean and while the padding is firm, it also looks thick and durable, just like the rest of the chair. What can I say except, Wayfair you’ve done it again! Time and time again and you never disappoint! I am in the process of switching out all my furniture from my previous home to all white new furniture with gold accents in keeping with the design theme O have done for my new build. I have a small pet and a daughter at home, plus family members who visit from time to time, so, even though my theme is elegance, it was important for it to be LIVABLE and not a museum you can’t touch. Hence, my research led me to white performance fabric. When I tell you this choice did not disappoint, it did not. My daughter’s boyfriend spilled red wine on it on Thanksgiving night at dinner, I didn’t know until the day after Thanksgiving, which reads STAIN in my brand new chairs that were only delivered day or two before Thanksgiving! I got this chair to fit under my desk. The height of the space under my desk is 22.75”. The first two inches of the arms fit under my desk but the rest didn’t so for that reason I will be returning it. Other than that the quality of the chair received is great. I love the cushion of the chair itself and bought it for that reason as well as the design. I would have liked a bit more upper back support but it is comfortable as is for a more relaxed space.
