went to together pretty easy with 2 persons. good quality, seems sturdy. Nice wood, solid. As another review stated, need a screw gun to secure bed slats much easier and faster. All hardware included except a philips head screwdriver that you won't need if you use a screw gun for slats only. Size Purchased: California King Overall very content with this purchase. I live alone so assembly was a bit difficult but I managed by myself (6'4" dude), but for most buyers I'd imagine it would take two people to handle it. During assembly very important to leave bolts at joints loose so that they can be wiggled into tight fighting place at final stages. Prior to laying down the mattress on top, the smaller composite wood legs in the middle of the frame did not touch flush with the ground. However, with laying down the mattress and lying on it they support the weight and the frame feels sturdy/doesn't wobble.
