This is a super nice fan! Please ignore the yellow tips, my partner painted those on himself to make it resemble a plane propeller. But the fan itself is really nice. It’s a sleek design, I like that it’s all one color and does not have a light, which we didn’t want. Great fan for a large room. I have it black side down for the blades. There is a faux wood side in a walnut color. I have a wall switch that turns it on and off. I may add a control for the fan. Very nice looking fan. Easy to install. It has a lot of options for the fan and lights. The biggest negative is that we cannot use the switched on the wall to control the fan only the light. Fan is a nice design. People say it looks great in the cathedral ceiling - had to buy a separate 18 inch downrod. It went up fairly easy, is quiet, lets off good air circulation and responds well with the remote. Note that the reverse button is up on the fan, not on the remote so youll need to get up on a ladder to change it. Also, the manufacturer put stickers all over the blades and when you pull them off, the fake wood finish pulls off. I used a grey crayon to try to hide it.. Sg. OH. Tue Oct 19 2021
